Our office offers a wide range of treatment options to help you on your path of wellness. Some of these options are listed below.

Initial visit: Our initial visit is very thorough and covers current medical history, previous medical history, and we discuss your primary reasons for the visit. Please bring any lab results, imaging reports, and current supplements or medications you may be taking. The initial visit is generally about an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes in length.

Follow-up visits: During the follow-up visits we discuss how the treatment plan is working, review labwork, and make any necessary changes to the treatment plan. Follow-up visits are generally 30min in length.

Laboratory testing: Traditional lab testing is often ordered through Quest and Clinical Lab Partners. Dr. Guida also offers specialty testing for Food Allergies, Neurotransmitters, Endocrine disorders, and Heavy Metals.

Naturopathic Medicine
Naturopathic Medicine encompasses a wide variety of healing modalities that are designed to stimulate the body's natural ability to heal itself. Naturopathic Medicine looks at the Whole Person, not just one set of symptoms.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is an ancient form of healing that has been in existence for over 6,000 years. It is the practice of inserting fine thin needles into specific points along the meridians, or energy pathways, of the body. When the the flow of this energy, or Qi, is blocked, illness and pain result. Acupuncture works to remove the blockage and balance the energy to restore health and well-being.
Homeopathy
Homeopathic Medicine is based upon the principle of like cures like. Homeopathic Remedies are derived from natural substances. These remedies are prepared in a diluted fashion so there is nothing left of the original substance. Homeopathic remedies work on an energetic basis. They are very safe, can be used in conjunction with other medications, and are great for children.
Botanical medicine
Botanical Medicine is the use of herbal remedies found in nature, to treat variety of illnesses. Plants are harvested and processed to create herbal extracts, tinctures, and dry herbs. Many pharmaceutical agents are initially derived from herbal substances. One specific constituent of the herb is then synthesized in a lab to make the pharmaceutical. Botanical medicine uses the whole plant from nature which helps to prevent side effects from occurring.
Counseling
Healthy relationships and lifestyle habits are integral aspects of health and well-being. During counseling sessions we work to establish a healthy pattern of living for each individual person. We look at an individual's diet, exercise habits, and emotional responses to stress in order to create positive lifelong habits to achieve optimal wellness.
Bach Flower Essences
Bach Flower Essences are natural remedies made from flowers. These remedies work to establish a balance with the mental and emotional aspects of health. As with any illness, the mind and the emotions are always influenced. Maintaining a positive, balanced outlook helps the healing journey to proceed.
Diet and Nutrition
Nutrition is the foundation on which optimal health is achieved. Carefully tailoring a diet rich in nutrients is essential to achieving optimal health.
